Since Scar isn’t the only lion in the valley, it can be a decently tricky clue to solve. Simba and Nala are also villagers, although neither of them is focused on gaining power, so they don’t fit this clue. There are also several other villains who you could argue want it all, like Hades, Ursula, Jafar,Maleficent, and Mother Gothel, but only Scar works for this specific task.
