OK so this one is a little more complicated than finding other TMs, as there isn’t an exact map location for it (everything is hazy in Area Zero): so we’ll give you a detailed description, as well as visual aides in the gallery above.
Here’s what Nasty Plot does:
“The user stimulates its brain by thinking bad thoughts. This sharply boosts the user’s Sp. Atk stat.”
You can also get one through the history teacher Ms. Raifort
To complete this school-related questline, you’ll need to takeall of the history classes at your academy.
