The folks over at Tomopop have known for some time thatWeta is the bomb, so I wasn’t at all surprised to find out that they were behind the creation of the incredible statue you see above.Kotakureported on theWorld of Warcraft-themed effigy, which stands in front of their new offices for the world to oooh and aaah over.
Blizzard employees were all given a small version of the statue to commemorate the move, but the front lawn gets the giant one, obviously. At twelve feet in height, it ought to give visitors something to take pictures of and proudly show off to all theirWorld of Warcraftbuddies. I personally would have preferred a statue of Deckard Cain that talked, but I get that isn’t nearly as epic. Oh well.
