Microsoft is publishing

Motiga’s team action gameGiganticis looking fabulous in this new trailer out of PAX East.

While that’s no surprise, this is: the Seattle-based studio is partnering with Microsoft to bring the game toWindows 10as “a key launch title,” in addition to Xbox One. Progression and purchases made in-game will carry across the two versions and, optionally, there’s cross-platform play.

“You will ultimately even be able to opt in to play matches with friends across platforms — matches where everyone has agreed to mix PC gamers and console gamers,” said Motiga. “If you’re not interested, no problem — you don’t have to opt in.”

I have mixed feelings about this publishing deal — for what it’s worth, Motiga says it’ll make for a better game — but then again I’ll probably just end up playingGiganticon Xbox One.
