VR Robin Hood coming August 18

Volumeis an upcoming retelling of the Robin Hood legend fromThomas Was Alonecreator Mike Bithell, featuring the vocal talents of both ex-Destructoid editor Jim Sterling and Andy Serkis, the talent behind Gollum inThe Lord of the Rings.

After months of waiting, we finally have a release date for the game thanks to a new live-action trailer staring YouTube personalityCharlie McDonnell.

Interesting, while the game was initially announced to be coming to PlayStation platforms around a month before PC, it’s now releasing on PS4, Vita, and Steam on the same date, August 18.

So, are you excited to see more from this game? I personally lovedThomas Was Alone, so I’m eager to see what Bithell can do with a bigger budget and in a more core gamer centric genre.
