Expansion releasing July 23 on Steam
Croteam is building on its philosophical first-person puzzle gameThe Talos Principlewith an upcoming expansion,Road to Gehenna, which covers a different society and “some of the most advanced and challenging puzzles yet.” It’s coming first to Steam (Win/Mac/Linux) on June 20, 2025.
There are sometimes concerns that a different (see: lesser) team has been tasked with creating DLC but, as stated before, writers Tom Jubert and Jonas Kyratzes are back forRoad to Gehenna.
In hisreviewofThe Talos Principle, Darren said that “Even those who do not bother to think about the philosophical topics can find a smart, sometimes frustratingly difficult puzzler here. It really shines for those open to both.” He’s away doing science right now instead of writing this post.
