The Simsalso now shouldn’t have an issue launching on Snapdragon-based computers, which previously could cause the game to be unplayable.

There are still other bugs that the team is aware of that they are working to address, notably a significantly larger number of errors on Inter ARC GPUs and NVIDIA T600 GPUs onThe Sims. While this patch doesn’t fix this, it does reassure fans that they are looking into these issues and can expect a fix soon.

Since release, a fair amount of crashes and bugs have been plaguing players of the Legacy Editions. While this patch doesn’t address every single problem, it’s nice to see that the team at EA is at least trying to keep the games playable instead of simply releasing them and vanishing, which some fans expected them to do.
