Where is the Runaway Elf?
You will be tasked to find nine different elves who are, of course, all located on different islands across the map. You should have already completed the first task, thus have with you the Bag of Presents, as you will have to give one each to the elves.

Once you find the elf, simply interact with them with the bag of presents in your hand, and that should solve it. In case you are having problems with some of the elves not triggering the completion of the quest, some players suggest trying to give a present to the one in the Winter Village, standing right under the Christmas Tree. After this quest is over, you’ll have to catch a few Fischmas-related fish and then, finally, go back to Santa to get your reward.
