Console-quality visuals Nvidia announced theTegra 4 mobile processorhere at CES this week, and they were using a name game calledBlood Swordto show it off. With this kind of power under the hood it’s easy to forget you’re playing a mobile game. I played an early demo of hacky-slashyDiablocloneBlood Swordon a Tegra 4-powered mystery tablet. It’s a fun game, though nothing to write home to the folks about. What was notable was the lighting and particle effects coming off of my spells, or from fire pits....

Whose footprints are these!? So, for those of you that don’t know much about me, I love Metal Gear, like a lot. In fact saying I love it may be an understatement in itself. As I sit here and stare at my profile picture and all of my Metal Gear games and related items around me this becomes painfully apparent. It is because of this profound adoration that I try to play through the main series at least once a year and all of the information coming out about Metal Gear Solid 5 has got me particularly eager to jump in....

I also see a few problem areas It’s crazy to think that we’re on the verge of yet anotherSoulsgame right afterBloodborneandScholar of the First Sin. From Software doesn’t seem to rest, and as soon as the studio has wrapped up one project, it’s onto the next. I’ve always said that despite the increase inSoulsfrequency in the past year or so, as long as they’re good, I’ll keep playing them. Based on my time withDark Souls III, I’m definitely getting a great feeling, but there’s a few issues that may hold it back if they aren’t addressed....

After already being turned into a two-part movie, the sci-fi slice of life manga seriesDead Dead Demons Dededede Destructionis getting a TV adaptation too. And unlike the movies, this adaptation is getting an official Western release. Even better is that the show is starting very soon, with the first episode premiering on Crunchyroll on Thursday, May 23 at 8pm PT / 10pm CT / 11pm ET (any UK readers will need to wait until 4am BST on May 24)....
