Sony sold 4.2 million PS4s as of December 28

Here we go… And here we are. For those who wanted something to compare the Xbox One’sthree million salesin 2013 against, Sony has come out with the PlayStation 4 figures for last year. Announced by Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Andrew House at CES 2014, the company sold 4.2 million PS4s from November 15 to December 28. Granted, the Xbox One did launch a week later than the PS4, and it’ll be far more interesting to see how these numbers pan out years from now, but there you go....
