Oddly good news Oddworld Inhabitants developer Lorne Lanning has confirmed that a remake ofOddworld: Abe’s Exoddusis on its way. Talking in a recentTwitch stream, Lanning added that after speaking with fans of the platformer series during the launch ofNew ‘n’ Tasty, it was decided thatExodduswould be “the next logical one to go into production.” Though it’s very early days and the game remains in early development, Lanning added that the subtitle of the game too could be decided by the fanbase and — depending upon its success — the studio hopes to bring otherOddworldtitles to current-gen platforms, too....

A boomerang trident is in One ofMinecraft’s biggest updates ever will be arriving in the spring of 2018, which will host a complete overhaul of aquatic gameplay. Appropriately dubbed the “Update Aquatic,” the ocean biome will now randomly generate objects like coral and fish differently, as well as accounting for additional ideas like underwater treasure hunts and shipwrecks (with helpful dolphins who will guide you toward them). This weekend I got a sneak peak at two MMORPGs that Perfect World is currently publishing –RaiderZ(MAIET Entertainment) andNeverwinter(Cryptic Studios). We started off with someRaiderZ(pronounced Raiders), a free-to-play monster-hunting MMO that is insanely bright and colorful. The open world ofRaiderZis full of giant monsters waiting (literally) to be fought and includes beloved addictions such as crafting, enchanting, and mounts. Characters are basic (berserker, defender, sorcerer, and cleric) but unrestricted – players can choose skills from other character skill trees when leveling up, with over 350 skill combinations in total....
