With its full release,Ready or Nothas given tactical FPS fans the game they were looking for. The SWAT simulator features intense gunfights and requires tactical awareness from the player. As such, this makes it a perfect candidate for consoles. So isReady or Noton Xbox?
Can you playReady or Noton consoles?
At the time of theReady or Not1.0 full release, the tactical FPS is a PC exclusive. As such, it is not on Xbox, or any other console, at this time. In order to playReady or Notyou will need to do so on PCvia Steam.
For those wanting to play on PC using an Xbox controller or even another controller, there is currently no official support to do so either. Of course, you can use the built-in Steam Controller Configuration to use any controller you’d like.
However,Ready or Notrequires pinpoint accuracy with its tactical focus. There is no aim assist, which could make using a controller pretty tricky. It’s clear that in its current stateReady or Notis meant to be played with mouse and keyboard on a PC, and no other platform.
WillReady or Notcome to Xbox later?
According todeveloper VOID Interactive, the team is aware of the demand and desire forReady or Notto come to consoles. The company would like to port it to consoles post-release someday, but nothing definite has been confirmed just yet.
SinceReady or Notjust recently fully released with 1.0, it’s likely we will get some console news soon. Hopefully, it includes some sort of cross-platform play, asReady or Not‘s team-based tactical gameplay would be perfect for it.
To summarize, isReady or Noton Xbox? Not at this time. But, developer VOID Interactive hopes to change that in the future.
