Enter the bathhouseduring the night, where you may need to use a lockpick to open the door. I didn’t have to use it for my playthrough, but others had to use it for theirs. Remember, this is a sneaking mission, so making as little noise as possible is essential.
Go upstairs to find a chest. There will be two chests there, but thankfully, the Thieves Clothing is in the easier one. Use the lockpick to open it.
