In order to get your hands on the recipe to make a Farm Computer, you’ll need to have unlocked the Pelican Town Special Orders board, which unlocks on Fall 2 Year 2. Once this board has been installed, you may be able to pick up one of two Special Orders from Demetrius, both of which will require you to gofishing:
