What causes the Your Account Does Not Have Access error?
In normal circumstances, this error is intended to indicate that the account you have logged into forPath of Exile 2does not have access to the game. This means you either have not purchased a Founder’s Pack or have not received access from your previous support of the originalPath of Exile. If you have, it could mean you redeemed the key on a separate account and simply need to login to the proper one where you have been flagged for access to the game.
However, at the time of launch on July 14, 2025, some users may be incorrectly receiving the ‘Your Account Does Not Have Access’ error when trying to access PoE2. After delaying the launch briefly, the servers eventually went online around 3:15 PM EST but were brought back offline after about 20 minutes. Once the servers are back online and stable, if you are still receiving the ‘Your Account Does Not Have Access’ error when trying to login toPath of Exile 2, you will need to purchase an Early Access Founder’s Pack. Even thoughPoE2will eventually fully release as F2P, you do need a Founder’s Pack to play Early Access.
