The “Return Home to Vana’diel” campaign has be reinstated. Former players ofFinal Fantasy XIwith lapsed accounts, deleted Content IDs and deleted PlayOnline accounts can now restore their accounts and jump back in under this campaign.
And this service has been upgraded since its last occurrence: instead of only being able to restore your last character, now any deleted character can be brought back. As a bonus, anyone who restores their characters before May of next year will receive an Anniversary Ring item, which gives players the chance to gain experience point bonuses.
