Remember when Nintendokeptgettingsuedover the Wii remote? Fun times. One such suit was filed by Triton Tech of Texas, LLC in 2010. At that time, the Seattle district court dismissed the suit, deciding that Nintendo wasn’t a bunch of biters.
Last Friday, a federal appeals court upheld the decision that the patent infringement asserted against Nintendo was invalid. Nintendo, federally recognized as not biters but in fact totally OG™.
