I imagine something called “darkspore” as the reason why people are having sneezing fits this spring. Or, it could have something to do with the Will Wright/Maxis game Spore, that EA publishes. The latter is more likely, of course.
The name “Darkspore” has shown up in three separate trademarks filed by EA recently. This could easily be the to-be-announced Spore title that EA mentioned they’d be releasing in 2011 in a recent financial report.
There’s an EA earnings call going on tomorrow, so we may hear more about this title. Or allergy.
