Patch 1.12 introduces five new hairstyles, which can be selected during character creation or through the Clouded Mirror Stand. Active Summong Pools will now be carried over to NG+, while you can now enable or disable individual Summoning Pools in the new Map Functions Menu.

The inventory system has been given a lot of love, with items that you’ve just acquired now marked with a “!” to make it clear that they’re new to your inventory. The new “Recent Items” tab will also help with this, so you’ll always know what you’ve just picked up.

On top of that, almost all of the game’s weapons have received tweaks, with poise damage, dual wield attacks, and effects of consumable items like Baldachin’s Blessing all looked at in this update. It’s important to note that some of these are PvP changes only, and don’t affect single or co-op play.
