According to an article atGamesIndustry, Michel Ancel (the creator ofRaymanand the incredibleBeyond Good & Evil) has just confirmed that the highly anticipatedBeyond Good & Evil 2“will not be released on the current genertaion of consoles.”
Ancel goes on to say that the game is still in development (and quite far along), but his team has been so focused onRayman OriginsthatBeyond Good & Evil 2will have to wait … for now.
I think I knewBeyond Good & Evil 2would not be announced at the Ubisoft press conference, but part of me still thought it may happen. And all of me really, reallywantedit to happen.Beyond Good & Evil 2, for me, has become the newPikmin 3. They both apparently exist, but they will never apparently be officially announced.
