Disney is no stranger to movies featuring the “secret lives” of original characters, set in worlds inhabited by recognizable icons of their respective genre. BothRoger RabbitandToy Storyhave illustrated this beautifully, but now it’s videogames’ turn.
Wreck-It Ralphhits theaters this November and follows its titular character (a hybrid of Donkey Kong, and George and Lizzie, the characters fromRampage) as he comes to the realization that he just doesn’t want to be a game villain anymore. Watch this trailer for cameos from classic gaming, as well as a who’s who of villains in one scene. I am so excited for this flick; November can’t come soon enough.
