The JapanesePokémonTwitter account has announced where the spotlight will land for itsupcoming 7-star raidsforPokémonScarletand Violet. It’s Decidueye! The dashing bird-of-prey and final evolution of Rowlet, one of the original starter critters fromPokémon SunandMoon.

You’ll have two opportunities to bag this owl:
Since Decidueye and its earlier forms aren’t part of Paldea’s Pokedex, this will be the first opportunity players will get to add it to the pile. Beyond that, this Decidueye will be unique as it comes as a flying tera type. As much as I didn’t love Pokémon Sun and Moon, it offered a pretty memorable selection of starters. Rowlet was my pick, if only because Decidueye is a rather striking final form.
