According to arecent job listing, Creative Assembly’s mysteriousAliengame is planned for both current and future game consoles. It could mean anything, or it could mean nothing. Either way, it’s a chance to talk aboutAlienssome more, so I’m all up in this.
TheTotal Wardeveloper is looking for a multiplayer/gameplay programmer to help create “a AAA multi-platform title on current and future generation consoles set in the Alien universe.” The wording implies that the game is due for the next iteration of Xbox and PlayStation, or it could just mean it’s planned for the Wii U.
Verylittle is knownabout this game. Fromwhat’s been gleaned, it’s supposed to be a third-person action title on par with Dead Space, with the team behindVikingworking on it. I can’t wait to finally see more of it, at any rate.
