Soulblightis a top-down, action roguelike that forces you to toe the line between good and evil. In lieu of normal experience points, you’ll choose between Taints which corrupt parts of your soul for buffs in combat. Overpay for items and you’ll eventually be stronger with each piece of loot you acquire; fight while injured to build up your rage, inducing more damage. With each part of your being you taint, another gameplay opportunity opens up.

Features include:

My favorite part? This comes straight from the press material: “Becoming an alcoholic means that you will be rewarded for getting drunk, but from that point being sober might prove to be unbearable.”

To enter for your chance to win, tell us the Taint to your soul that perfectly fits you. My writing and grammar go to shit when I’m sober, which is why I write all of my posts drunk. Good thing I chose the Alcoholic Taint to make me slightly less unbearable! I did it for you guys, I swear.

We have three Switch keys to give away. Our keys are for North American eShop accounts, only. We’ll draw winners on Friday, December 7. Make sure you comment using a Dtoid account that has your current email address on file. If I can’t email you, I can’t show you my Taint.
