As far as single-player content goes, there will be three episodic packs that delve into alternate history with George Washington. The basic premise here is that, post-American Revolution, Washington “succumbs to the temptation of infinite power.” It’s up to you to dethrone the new tyrannical King. “WhileAssassin’s Creed IIIconcentrates on history as it happens, we wanted to take some liberties with this DLC and tell you how things ‘could have happened,'” says executive producer Sebastien Puel.
