We are so back. Here’s a cheeky peek at our next patch we’re aiming to roll out within the week.TL;DR for you spacebarrers:Less Velgar! Less base raids!More bleeding! More bugfixes!https://t.co/r6yuoNqEbO
The chance for Gornfell Hunted Events to occur has beendecreased from 10 percent to five percent, every event tick, whereas the cooldown has been increased fromone day to 2.25 days.
Coming to VelgarEvents, the Velgar Meteor Barrages have been reduced fromfive to two per meteor event. This has been made to address the drift towards tedium. On top of that, the “Poison Breath” event has now been changed to only poison breath strafing runs.
Starting the 0.7.1.5 update, hostile AI will no longer be immune to Bleed. The new update will also fix several issues that have been crashing the game for many players. Along with that, some Holes in the map have been fixed as well.
Jagex has adjusted the XP you earn after purifying water. The update also includes certain localization issues, a range of UI bugs have been fixed, including some errors and inconsistencies with item names, and fixes around crashes and general stability.
At the time of writing,RuneScape Dragonwildsis still in early access, which means the devs will keep on bringing fresh updates to stir up Ashenfall mechanics.
Jagex also reveals some of its future plans
Upon asking by a fan on the game’sofficial X postif there are any chances of future performance updates for the lower-end PC’s, the devs said: “Absolutely! Ongoing performance updates are a foundation of our roadmap for early access!”
Speaking of the roadmap, Dedicated servers are also planned down the line. Dedicated servers mean permanent servers, just like other co-op games such asMinecraftorValheim, where the host doesn’t have to be online all the time for their teammates to play on the same server.
