In order to see and interact with all of the Blacksmithing Knowledge Treasures inThe War Within, you will need at least Level 1 in the new Khaz Algar Blacksmithing profession. Each character can only loot each treasure once. Once you are close enough to the treasure, it will show up on your minimap.
