If you don’t want to deal with pushing and shoving your way to pick up a $299.99 PlayStation 4 next Friday, eBay isoffering them right nowvia authorized Sony retailerANTOnline.
We would have totally told you about this deal earlier but in the spreadsheet eBay usually sends us, we saw that the quantity available was only “43” — while a good deal, it was much too low in volume to make a fuss over since it would be sold out well before we mention the deal.
But if youclicked through, you’ll notice that it’s well over 970 sold as of writing. Hell, when we started writing this, it was at 850-ish. The damn promotion is now on the homepage of eBay. So much for “43” units available. Maybe they meant 4,300?
In either case, we suspect this will still sell out before the day ends now that it has made its way to the homepage of eBay vs. the deal sections.
Shipping is free and sales tax is in CA/GA. You’ll also earn $6 cash-back in eBay bucks, and finally with the authorized Sony retailer status, you’ll also be getting the full PS4 warranty for that extra peace of mind (because Sony customer service is always topnotch /s).
Update: eBay has informed us that there are 2,500 units available. At about 1,100 sold, its on pace to sell out by the end of the day.
